Natalie
Natalie has kindly contributed her song 'Faith in Gaia' to the 'Earth Stars' CD. Her songs are straight from the heart, a freeflow of emotions and melodies inspired by the day. She is in the process of recording her first album.
‘Faith in Gaia’ came about a few weeks after my permaculture design course, in September 2001, where I learnt a way to apply and channel the energy I had to change the way I lived my life. I met my partner on the course, and we have since had a beautiful son – so I have lots to thank permaculture for! It doesn’t matter that we don’t have a garden of our own to work with, I know that permaculture goes beyond garden design. For me it’s also about nurturing ourselves and each other - encouraging self-awareness which inevitably leads to earth awareness.
I have been singing, playing around with my guitar and writing songs for 4 years.
I would like to thank Brian Duell, for his impromptu recording and production on my forthcoming album.
