James Hollingsworth
"The value of Permaculture speaks for itself. With its common-sense approach there is no need for a struggle of interests between the needs of human beings and the environment we depend upon for our survival and well-being."
British singer/songwriter/guitarist James Hollingsworth has kindly contributed his song 'Believe' to the 'Earth Stars' CD. He has a unique, complex guitar style, reminiscent of Spanish guitar as well as modern rock. A calm veteran of the underground Swansea scene in the early 1990's, James has struggled through fire and water to produce his stunning and unique music, which often resembles both.
James has played with a number of bands over the last 10 years. Currently he's lead singer of the rock band JEBO, and is also working the live circuit in England and Wales as a solo singer/guitarist as well as collaborating with various other musicians.
"His songs are about peace and love, and his improvisations carry you away on a light breeze of thoughtfulness. Check him out at various venues in the West Country." - Absolute Zero
"James's voice is like a seventh string on his guitar, it's uncanny how well the two intermingle with each other and the effect is captivating." - The Eleventh Hour, Bath
